Most of the content of this doctrine originated from (SURPRISE!) ...the writings and manipulations of Joseph Stalin!!
In principle it decrees that the State is the sole authority and that all directives must be aligned to the good of the State......not the people. ...definitely not human rights
And that the State must maintain a separation from an adversary body, preferably foreign, preferably Western, preferably WHITE!

Hate speech camouflage well in fairy dust - for the last 5 years, Labour and Greens have fairy-dusted their hate for farmers, productivity, law and order, energy exploration, freedom of speech, freedom of thought, freedom of choice.
