Nice! However, the Taxpayer is not just dozing and asleep, the old sow is hamstrung, and nailed down, completely disempowered. Maybe Garrick could add ropes like Gulliver's travels, with other little mice labelled "politicians" hammering in the pegs to keep the sow still!
