I know I'm a stuck record on this, but somehow all of us have to demand accountability from our elected representatives.
It should never be acceptable that we allow these (well-paid) career politicians to promise what they don't deliver.
I suppose there is a hint of discipline within the parties, as we have seen occasionally, but in general there is far too much of a credibility gap.
It devalues our democracy and our society as a whole; personally I'm sick to death of it.

More importantly; why is not due diligence part of our Parliamentary process. Half the business that gets passed, let alone finally processed, is total crap.
Finally .... there will be a just cause for a robotic parliament, using AI as its guide.
