Prime News NZ was once owned by Sky news Australia under a deal with Sky TV NZ .It was bought out by Media works TV 3 about 10 years ago when I worked there. Looking back now its not hard to imagine that being part of a strategic move to shut down an independent news outlet here in NZ. Considering how Sky News Australia is not afraid to voice an opposing view to woke anti democratic ideology.
